盆底肌治疗仪结合细节护理干预对产妇产后尿潴留、生活质量的影响分析

Analysis of the effect of pelvic floor muscle therapy instrument combined with detailed nursing intervention postpartum urinary retention and quality of life

目的 研究盆底肌治疗仪结合细节护理干预对产妇产后尿潴留、生活质量的影响。方法 选取38例产后尿潴留产妇,依据入院时间顺序分为对照组和观察组,每组19例。对照组开展细节护理干预,观察组在细节护理基础上以盆底肌治疗仪开展干预。比较两组干预效果。结果 干预后,观察组首次排尿时间为(300.34±25.62)min,短于对照组的(393.16±30.18)min,差异有统计学意义(t=10.220,P<0.05)。干预3 d后,观察组排尿后残余尿量(PVR)明显低于对照组,平均尿流率(Qave)明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预3 d、6 d后,两组生活质量均明显高于本组干预前,且观察组生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 盆底肌治疗仪联合细节护理干预可促进产后尿潴留产妇的首次排尿,改善其尿动力学指标,提升其生活质量,值得推广。

Objective To study the effect of pelvic floor muscle therapy instrument combined with detailed nursing intervention on postpartum urinary retention and quality of life.Methods 38 cases of postpartum women with urinary retention were divided into control group and observation group according to the time of admission,19 cases in each group.The control group carried out detailed nursing intervention,and the observation group carried out intervention with pelvic floor muscle therapy instrument on the basis of detailed nursing.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results After intervention,the first urination time in the observation group was(300.34±25.62)min,which was shorter than that in the control group(393.16+30.18)min,and the difference was statistically significant(f=10.220,P<0.05).After 3 days of intervention,the residual urine volume(PVR)in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the mean urine flow rate(Qave)was significantly higher than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).After 3 and 6 days of intervention,the quality oflife in both groups was significantly higher than that before intervention,and the quality of life score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined intervention of pelvic floor muscle therapy instrument and detailed nursing can promote the first urination of postpartum women with urinary retention,improve their urodynamic indexes and improve their quality oflife,which is worth promoting.
