卡前列素氨丁三醇注射液联合缩宫素注射液治疗产后出血的临床效果观察

Clinical observation of carprost amine triol injection combined with oxytocin injection in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage

目的观察卡前列素氨丁三醇注射液联合缩宫素注射液治疗产后出血的临床效果。方法选取60例产妇,根据随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,每组30例。对照组予以缩宫素注射液治疗,研究组在对照组基础上予以卡前列素氨丁三醇注射液治疗。比较两组产妇治疗效果。结果研究组产程时间短于对照组,产后2h、12 h、24 h出血量少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组生活、心理、环境、社会关系及综合评分均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组治疗总有效率93.33%高于对照组的73.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论卡前列素氨丁三醇注射液联合缩宫素注射液治疗产后出血,有助于减少产后出血量,加快止血速度,提高生活质量,实际应用价值较高。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of carprost amine triol injection combined with oxytocin injection in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage.Methods 60 parturient women were randomly divided into control group and study group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with oxytocin injection,and the study group was treated with carprost amine triol injection based on the control group.The therapeutic effect of two groups of patients.Results The labor time of the study group was shorter than that of the control group,and the postpartum blood loss at 2,12 and 24 h was less than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The life,psychology environment,social relationship and comprehensive scores of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was 93.33%higher than that of the control group(73.33%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Caprost amine triol injection combined with oxytocin injection in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage can help reduce postpartum bleeding,accelerate hemostasis,and help the puerperal women to obtain a more ideal postpartum life,with high practical application value.
