心理护理干预对孕产妇妊娠结局及产后抑郁的影响

Effect of psychological nursing intervention on pregnancy outcome and postpartum depression

目的研究心理护理干预对孕产妇妊娠结局及产后抑郁的影响。方法选取118例孕产妇,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组59例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用心理护理干预。比较两组护理效果。结果观察组自然分娩率高于对照组,且产后出血率、剖宫产率及新生儿窒息率均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。产前,两组爱丁堡产后抑郁量表(EPDS)评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组产后第3天、7天及21天的EPDS评分均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度96.61%高于对照组的83.05%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心理护理干预在孕产妇中不仅可以改善妊娠结局,还可预防产后抑郁,从而促进产后恢复,具有临床应用价值。

Objective To study the effect of psychological nursing intervention on pregnancy outcome and postpartum depression.Methods 118 pregnant women were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 59 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing,and the observation group was treated with psychological nursing intervention based on the control group.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results The rate of natural delivery in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the rate of postpartum hemorrhage,cesarean section and neonatal asphyxia was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before birth,there was no significant difference in Edinburgh Postpartum Depression Scale(EPDS)scores between the two groups(P>0.05).EPDS scores of the observation group on the 3rd,7th and 21st day after delivery were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Nursing satisfaction in the observation group was 96.61%higher than that in the control group(83.05%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Psychological nursing intervention in pregnant women can not only improve the outcome of pregnancy,but also prevent postpartum depression,so as to promote postpartum recovery,has clinical application value.
