普罗雌烯阴道胶丸联合甲硝唑阴道栓治疗老年性阴道炎患者的效果

Effects of Promestriene vaginal capsules combined with Metronidazole vaginal suppositories in treatment of senile vaginitis

目的:观察普罗雌烯阴道胶丸联合甲硝唑阴道栓治疗老年性阴道炎患者的效果。方法:回顾性分析2019年10月至2021年10月该院收治的80例老年性阴道炎患者的临床资料,按照治疗方法不同将其分为对照组和观察组各40例。对照组予以甲硝唑阴道栓治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合普罗雌烯阴道胶丸治疗,两组均连用20 d。比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后炎性因子[白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、Toll样受体2(TLR2)]水平、不同阴道清洁度占比率、阴道pH值、症状(外阴瘙痒、白带异常、黏膜充血、外阴阴道疼痛)消失时间和不良反应发生率。结果:治疗后,观察组治疗总有效率为95.00%(38/40),高于对照组的77.50%(31/40),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组IL-6、TNF-α、TLR2水平,阴道清洁度Ⅲ度、Ⅳ度占比率,以及阴道pH值均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组阴道清洁度Ⅰ~Ⅱ度占比率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组外阴瘙痒、白带异常、黏膜充血、外阴阴道疼痛等症状消失时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:普罗雌烯阴道胶丸联合甲硝唑阴道栓治疗老年性阴道炎患者可提高治疗总有效率和阴道清洁度Ⅰ~Ⅱ度占比率,降低炎性因子水平和阴道pH值,缩短临床症状消失时间,效果优于单纯甲硝唑阴道栓治疗。

Objective:To investigate effects of Promestriene vaginal capsules combined with Metronidazole vaginal suppositories in treatment of senile vaginitis.Methods:The clinical data of 80 patients with senile vaginitis admitted to the hospital from October 2019 to October 2021 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into control group and observation group,40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Metronidazole vaginal suppositories,while the observation group was treated with Promestriene vaginal capsules on the basis of that of the control group.Both groups were treated for 20 d.The clinical efficacy,the levels of inflammatory factors[interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),Toll-like receptor 2(TLR2)]before and after the treatment,the proportion of different vaginal cleanliness,the vaginal pH value,the disappearance time of symptoms(vulva pruritus,leucorrhea abnormality,mucosal congestion,vulva vaginal pain),and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:After the treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 95.00%(38/40),which was higher than 77.50%(31/40)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of IL-6,TNF-α,TLR2,the proportion of vaginal cleanliness III and IV,and the vaginal pH in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The proportion of vaginal cleanliness I-II in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The disappearance time of vulva pruritus,leucorrhea abnormality,mucosal congestion and vulva vaginal pain in the observation group were shorter than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:Promestriene vaginal capsules combined with Metronidazole vaginal suppositories in the treatment of senile vaginitis can improve the total effective rate of treatment and the proportion of vaginal cleanliness I-II and reduce the levels of inflammatory factors and vaginal pH,Shorten the time for clinical symptoms to disappear,Moreover,it is superior to single Metronidazole vaginal suppositories treatment.
