基于CiteSpace的我国老年人健康素养研究的可视化分析

Visualization analysis of health literacy research of the elderly in China based on CiteSpace

目的分析我国老年人健康素养的研究现状,以期为相关研究提供参考。方法利用CiteSpace软件对从中国知网数据库搜集的301篇老年人健康素养相关文献的数量和时间、研究者、研究机构、关键词进行可视化分析。结果自2009年起该研究领域文献数量持续上升;核心研究者较为稀少且合作网络不集中;研究机构间未形成密切的合作关系。影响因素、健康教育、健康促进、慢性病、中老年人等是该研究领域高频和高中心性的关键词。结论该研究领域正处于快速发展阶段,需要继续加大研究力量,鼓励研究者和研究机构加强合作。从人群、场景、内容、应用四个维度丰富并创新研究主题,包括重视对中老年人、老年慢性病患者等人群的研究;针对社区、农村、养老机构等不同场景开展研究;围绕慢性病、心理健康、认知功能、健康状况等方面丰富研究内容;加强健康素养联合健康教育、健康传播、健康管理、健康促进等措施的应用研究。

Objective To analyze the research status of health literacy of the elderly in China,so as to provide reference for related research.Methods CiteSpace software was used to visually analyze the number and time of publications,researchers,research institutions,and keywords of 301 articles on health literacy of the elderly collected from the CNKI database.Results The number of research literature in this field has continued to rise since 2009.Core researchers are scarce and the cooperation network is not concentrated;There is no close cooperation between research institutions.Influencing factors,health education,health promotion,chronic diseases,middle-aged and elderly people are the key words of high frequency and high centrality in this research field.Conclusion The research field is in a stage of rapid development.It is necessary to continue to increase research strength and encourage researchers and research institutions to strengthen cooperation.Enrich and innovate research topics from the four dimensions of population,scene,content and application,including paying attention to the research of middle-aged and elderly people and elderly patients with chronic diseases.Conduct research on different scenarios such as communities,rural areas,and pension institutions;enrich the research content around chronic diseases,mental health,cognitive function,health status and other aspects;strengthen the application research of health literacy combined with health education,health communication,health management,health promotion and other measures.
