住院医师规范化培训学员对思政教育的认知及满意度调查

A Investigation on residents in standardized training ognition and satisfaction of ideological and political education

目的为推动住院医师规范化培训思政教育全面贯彻落实,充分掌握住培学员对思政教育认知情况以及当前开展思政教育的满意度,以期为推动住院医师规范化培训思政教育进程提供参考。方法采用自设问卷对住培学员进行问卷调查,调查内容包括住培学员基本信息、住培学员对思政教育的认知情况及满意度等方面。采用SPSS 25.0软件进行数据统计分析。结果共收集调查问卷262份,在住院医师规范化培训中开展思政教育的必要性认知方面,大部分住培学员认为开展思政教育有必要,对住院医师规范化培训帮助很大,且在培训过程中的思政教育内容会引发自身在课后进行有关方面的思考;住培学员对思政教育的价值认识整体表现较好,更倾向于老师以典型案例分享、讲授式教学、讨论式教学、参与式教学以及日常工作中言传身教的教学等教学模式;对已开展思政教育相关内容、开展思政教育后的收获以及住培与思政教育结合效果比较满意。结论住院医师规范化培训中开展思政教育初见成效,住培学员对思政教育的认知度和满意度总体较高,今后还需不断探索、持续改进,深入推进住院医师规范化培训思政教育机制创新改革,持续发挥思政教育的铸魂育人作用。

Objective In order to promote the resident standardization training ideological and political education to implement,fully grasp the students on the course of ideological and political awareness and the current ideological and political education satisfaction.To provide reference for promoting the ideological and political education process of resident standardized training.Methods A self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate the students,including the basic information of the students,the students’cognition of ideological and political education and their satisfaction.Data analysis was performed with SPSS 25.0 software.Results A total of 262 questionnaires were collected.In terms of the cognition of the necessity of carrying out ideological and political education in the standardized training of residents,most of the students think it is necessary to carry out ideological and political education,which is very helpful to the standardized training of residents,and in the training process of ideological and political education content will trigger their own after-school in the relevant aspects of thinking.The residents in standardized training have a better understanding of the value of ideological and political education,they are more inclined to teachers with typical case-sharing,lecture-based teaching,discussion-based teaching,participation-based teaching and teaching in daily work.The residents in standardized training are satisfied with the related content of ideological and political education,the harvest of ideological and political education and the effect of the combination of standardized training and ideological and political education.Conclusion The implementation of ideological and political education in the standardized training of residents has achieved initial results,and the residents’awareness and satisfaction degree of ideological and political education are generally high.In the future,it is necessary to explore and improve the mechanism of ideological and political education,and continue to play the role of ideological and political education in casting the soul and educating people.
