摘要
目的探讨基于微信平台的混合式教学模式应用于呼吸内科临床见习中的教学效果。方法选取2020年5月—2021年9月来医院呼吸内科见习的临床医学专业5年制本科生63名作为研究对象,按随机数表法分成基于微信平台的混合式教学组(观察组)和传统教学组(对照组)2组,通过考试和问卷调查等方式对两组见习生的教学效果进行评价。结果观察组的理论考试成绩高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组对教学模式的满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论充分利用微信为媒介,将线上线下混合式教学模式引入呼吸内科临床见习带教,能有效提高教学质量,并受到见习生的认可。
Objective To explore the teaching effect of blending learning mode based on WeChat platform in the clinical probation of respiratory medicine.Methods A total of 63 undergraduate students majoring in clinical medicine who came to our hospital for probation in the department of respiratory medicine from May 2020 to September 2021 were selected.According to the random number table method,they were divided into two groups:blending learning mode based on WeChat platform group(observation group)and the traditional teaching group(control group).The teaching effects of the two groups of students were evaluated by means of examinations and questionnaire surveys.Results The results of theoretical assessment of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The level of satisfaction with the teaching mode of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Making full use of WeChat as the medium,the online-offline blending learning model can be introduced into clinical probation teaching of respiratory medicine,which can effectively improve the teaching quality and be recognized by the interns.
