尿激酶联合干扰素治疗老年肿瘤放疗后纤维化的效果研究

Study on effect of urokinase combined with interferon in the treatment of fibrosis after radiotherapy in elderly cancer patients

目的研究尿激酶联合干扰素治疗老年肿瘤放疗后纤维化的临床效果。方法100例老年肿瘤放疗后纤维化患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组患者采取干扰素治疗,观察组患者实施尿激酶联合干扰素治疗。对比两组治疗效果、不良事件发生情况、症状积分及西雅图心绞痛量表(SAQ)评分。结果观察组治疗总有效率92.00%明显高对照组的76.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良事件发生率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,两组症状积分均低于治疗前,且观察组症状积分(6.69±1.60)分低于对照组的(12.31±1.27)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组SAQ评分均高于治疗前,且观察组SAQ评分(70.14±5.50)分高于对照组的(46.62±6.87)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用尿激酶联合干扰素治疗老年肿瘤放疗后纤维化的临床效果显著,可明显改善患者临床症状,提升其生存质量,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To study the clinical effect of urokinase combined with interferon in the treatment of fibrosis after radiotherapy in elderly cancer patients.Methods A total of 100 elderly patients with fibrosis after radiotherapy for tumors were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 50 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with interferon,and patients in the observation group were treated with urokinase and interferon.The therapeutic effects,occurrence of adverse events,symptom scores and Seattle Angina Scale(SAQ)scores of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 92.00%,which was significantly higher than 76.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse events between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the symptom scores of both groups were lower than those of this group before treatment,and the symptom score(6.69±1.60)points of the observation group was lower than(12.31±1.27)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the SAQ scores of both groups were higher than those of this group before treatment,and the SAQ score(70.14±5.50)points of the observation group was higher than(46.62±6.87)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of urokinase combined with interferon in the treatment of fibrosis after radiotherapy in elderly cancer patients is remarkable,which can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients and enhance their quality of life,and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
