口腔正畸联合种植修复治疗牙列缺损伴错[牙合]畸形的临床效果评估

Clinical evaluation of orthodontics combined with implant restoration for the treatment of dentition defect with malocclusion

目的探讨口腔正畸联合种植修复治疗牙列缺损伴错[牙合]畸形的临床疗效。方法85例牙列缺损伴错[牙合]畸形患者,随机分为观察组(40例)与对照组(45例)。观察组采取口腔正畸联合种植修复治疗,对照组单纯开展种植修复治疗。对比两组治疗效果、术后牙齿美观度、治疗前后牙齿功能及口腔健康情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率97.50%与牙齿美观优良率92.50%均明显高于对照组的82.22%、66.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组语言功能评分、咀嚼功能评分、软垢指数、菌斑附着指数均优于本组治疗前,且观察组语言功能评分(9.62±0.82)分、咀嚼功能评分(8.94±0.76)分、软垢指数(1.52±0.42)分、菌斑附着指数(1.89±0.57)分均优于对照组的(8.13±0.71)、(7.41±0.74)、(4.52±0.34)、(6.41±0.86)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论口腔正畸联合种植修复治疗牙列缺损伴错[牙合]畸形的临床效果显著,可有效改善牙齿功能、美观度及口腔卫生,值得推广。

Objective To discuss the clinical efficacy of orthodontics combined with implant restoration for the treatment of dentition defect with malocclusion.Methods A total of 85 patients with dental defects and malocclusion were randomly divided into observation group(40 cases)and control group(45 cases).The observation group was treated with orthodontics and implant restoration,and the control group was treated with implant restoration alone.The therapeutic effect,postoperative dental aesthetics,dental function and oral hygiene before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment 97.50%and the excellent rate of dental aesthetics 92.50%in the observation group were significantly higher than 82.22%and 66.67%in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the speech function score,masticatory function score,soft scale index and plaque adhesion index in both groups were better than those before treatment in this group;in the observation group,the speech function score was(9.62±0.82)points,masticatory function score was(8.94±0.76)points,soft scale index was(1.52±0.42)points,and plaque adhesion index was(1.89±0.57)points,which were better than(8.13±0.71),(7.41±0.74),(4.52±0.34),and(6.41±0.86)points in the control group;the differences were all statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Orthodontics in combination with implant restoration has significant clinical effect in the treatment of dentition defect with malocclusion,which can effectively improve dental function,aesthetics and oral hygiene,and is worth promoting.
