中医外科“消法”在各种疮疡治疗中的效果及对患者VAS评分的影响

Effect of Xiao therapy of Chinese surgery in the treatment of various sores and its influence on VAS score

目的探讨中医外科“消法”在各种疮疡治疗中的效果及对视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分的影响。方法80例各种疮疡患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。对照组患者给予常规抗生素治疗,观察组患者给予中医外科“消法”治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效以及治疗前后的证候积分、VAS评分。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率为95.00%,显著高于对照组的80.00%,差异具有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.114,P=0.043<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的发热、恶心呕吐、疼痛、咳嗽积分均低于本组治疗前,且观察组患者的发热积分(0.91±0.11)分、恶心呕吐积分(0.54±0.13)分、疼痛积分(1.05±0.12)分、咳嗽积分(1.03±0.18)分均低于对照组的(1.52±0.11)、(0.87±0.13)、(1.87±0.22)、(1.78±0.14)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的VAS评分均低于本组治疗前,且观察组患者的VAS评分(1.23±0.36)分低于对照组的(1.89±0.14)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医外科“消法”在各种疮疡治疗中的效果显著,可降低疼痛程度,改善症状,值得推广。

Objective To discuss the effect of Xiao therapy of Chinese surgery in the treatment of various sores and its influence on visual analogue scale(VAS)score.Methods A total of 80 patients with various sores were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with conventional antibiotics,while patients in the observation group were treated with Xiao therapy of Chinese surgery.The clinical efficacy,syndrome score and VAS score before and after treatment of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.00%,which was significantly higher than 80.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.114,P=0.043<0.05).After treatment,the fever,nausea and vomiting,pain and cough scores of patients in both groups were lower than those before treatment in this group;the fever score(0.91±0.11)points,nausea and vomiting score(0.54±0.13)points,pain score(1.05±0.12)points and cough score(1.03±0.18)points of the patients in the observation group were lower than(1.52±0.11),(0.87±0.13),(1.87±0.22)and(1.78±0.14)points in the control group;the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the VAS scores of patients in both groups were lower than those before treatment in this group,and the VAS score(1.23±0.36)points in the observation group was lower than(1.89±0.14)points that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Xiao therapy of Chinese surgery has significant effect in the treatment of various sores,and can reduce the degree of pain and improve the symptoms,and is worth promoting.
