中药足浴联合西药外用治疗丹毒合并足癣的效果及对患者生活质量的影响

Effect of Chinese herbal foot bath combined with Western medicine for the treatment of erysipelas patients with athlete's foot and its influence on patients'quality of life

目的研究中药足浴联合西药外用在丹毒合并足癣中的治疗价值及对患者生活质量的影响。方法70例丹毒合并足癣患者,按随机数字表法分为中药组及西药组,各35例。中药组接受中药足浴联合西药外用,西药组接受常规西药外用。比较两组患者的治疗效果、不良反应发生情况及用药前后的生活质量。结果用药1周后,中药组总有效率88.57%高于西药组的68.57%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);中药组不良反应发生率8.57%与西药组的14.29%对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。用药1周后,中药组生活质量(QOL)评分中的睡眠、食欲、精神、疼痛、日常生活评分分别为(51.22±1.76)、(50.72±1.88)、(52.03±1.12)、(47.03±2.21)、(52.10±1.04)分,均高于西药组的(44.93±2.08)、(45.01±2.34)、(46.80±2.30)、(42.69±3.01)、(46.58±2.34)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药足浴联合西药外用运用于丹毒合并足癣治疗中效果突出,可促进相关症状消失,稳定病情,避免严重不良反应发生,提高生活质量。

Objective To study the value of Chinese herbal foot bath combined with western medicine for the treatment of erysipelas patients with athlete's foot and its influence on patients'quality of life.Methods A total of 70 patients with erysipelas and athlete's foot were divided into a Chinese medicine group and a Western medicine group according to the random numerical table,with 35 cases in each group.The Chinese medicine group received Chinese herbal foot bath and western medicine,and the western medicine group received conventional western medicine.The therapeutic effects,the occurrence of adverse reactions,and the quality of life before and after medication were compared between the two groups.Results After 1 week of medication,the total effective rate 88.57%in the Chinese medicine group was higher than 68.57%in the Western medicine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the Chinese medicine group was 8.57%,and the difference was not statistically significant compared with 14.29%in the Western medicine group(P>0.05).After 1 week of medication,the quality of life(QOL)scores of sleep,appetite,mental,pain,and daily life in the Chinese medicine group were(51.22±1.76),(50.72±1.88),(52.03±1.12),(47.03±2.21),and(52.10±1.04)points,which were higher than(44.93±2.08),((45.01±2.34),(46.80±2.30),(42.69±3.01),and(46.58±2.34)points in the Western medicine group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Chinese foot bath and Western medicine is effective in the treatment of erysipelas with athlete's foot,which can promote the disappearance of related symptoms,stabilize the disease,avoid serious adverse reactions,and improve the quality of life.
