中医康复融入舒适护理对剖宫产术后产妇胃肠功能的影响研究

Study on the influence of traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation combined with comfortable nursing on gastrointestinal function of patients after cesarean section

目的分析中医康复联合舒适护理对剖宫产术后产妇胃肠功能的影响。方法180例剖宫产术后产妇,根据随机分配原则分为对照组和研究组,每组90例。对照组接受常规护理,研究组接受中医康复联合舒适护理。比较两组术后指标(术后首次通气时间、首次排便时间、肠鸣音恢复时间、术后24 h腹部胀痛评分)及术后24 h及出院前的心理状况[焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分]。结果研究组术后首次通气时间(15.37±2.19)h、首次排便时间(30.28±2.43)h、肠鸣音恢复时间(13.29±0.74)h,均短于对照组的(25.32±1.43)、(42.19±2.15)、(16.38±1.23)h,术后24 h腹部胀痛评分(3.74±0.82)分低于对照组的(4.53±0.73)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。出院前,两组SAS、SDS评分均明显低于本组术后24 h,且研究组SAS评分(48.39±4.29)分、SDS评分(49.13±5.27)分明显低于对照组的(52.37±5.34)、(55.39±5.48)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论剖宫产术后产妇胃肠功能若恢复迟缓会加重产妇不良情绪,采用中医康复联合舒适护理进行干预有助于促进产妇康复,临床值得推广。

Objective To analyze the effect of traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation combined with comfortable nursing on gastrointestinal function of patients after cesarean section.Methods A total of 180 women after cesarean section were randomly divided into a control group and a research group,with 90 cases in each group.The control group received conventional nursing,and the research group received traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation and comfortable nursing.Both groups were compared in terms of postoperative indicators(postoperative first ventilation time,first defecation time,recovery time of bowel sounds and abdominal distension score)and psychological status[Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)score and Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)score]at 24 h postoperatively and before discharge.Results In the research group,the postoperative first ventilation time was(15.37±2.19)h,the first defecation time was(30.28±2.43)h,and the recovery time of bowel sounds was(13.29±0.74)h,which were shorter than(25.32±1.43),(42.19±2.15),and(16.38±1.23)h in the control group;the 24-h postoperative abdominal distension score(3.74±0.82)points in the research group was lower than(4.53±0.73)points in the control group;the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before discharge,the SAS and SDS scores in both groups were significantly lower than those in this group at 24 h postoperatively;the SAS score(48.39±4.29)points and SDS score(49.13±5.27)points of the research group were significantly lower than(52.37±5.34)and(55.39±5.48)points in the control group;the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion If the recovery of gastrointestinal function of parturient is delayed after cesarean section,it will aggravate the bad mood of parturient.The intervention of traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation and comfortable nursing is helpful to promote the recovery of parturient,and is worth popularizing clinically.
