术后早期含服糖果对内镜下肠息肉切除患者不良反应及舒适度和满意度的影响

Postoperative effects of early sublingual candy on adverse reactions,comfort levels and satisfaction of patients underwent endoscopic colorectal polypectomy

目的研究术后早期予含服糖果对内镜下肠息肉切除患者术后的影响。方法纳入2019年6月至2020年10月收治的120例肠息肉患者作为研究对象,所有患者进行内镜下肠息肉切除术治疗。按随机数字表法将患者分为2组,每组60例。其中对照组患者术后采用常规护理;观察组患者在上述基础上给予早期含服糖果。观察2组患者术后不良反应与并发症的发生率及舒适度、满意度情况。结果观察组低血糖、腹胀发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而出血、穿孔发生率与对照组相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组GCQ评分明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。观察组满意度明显高于对照组(96.67%vs 76.67%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论内镜下肠息肉切除术对消化道早癌防治至关重要,患者术后早期含服糖果,能有效缓解术后不良反应,提高患者舒适度和满意度,没有增加并发症,值得临床应用及推广。

Objective To study the postoperative effects of early sublingual candy on adverse reactions,comfort levels and satisfaction of patients underwent endoscopic polypectomy.Methods The study included 120 patients with intestinal polyps admitted to our hospital from June 2019 to October 2020.All patients underwent endoscopic polypectomy.The patients were randomized 1∶1 to receive routine nursing(control group)or routine nursing+early sublingual candy(observation group).The incidence of postoperative adverse reactions and complications,as well as the comfort and satisfaction of patients were assessed.Results The incidence of hypoglycemia and abdominal distension in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the incidence of bleeding and perforation between groups(P>0.05).The General Comfort Questionnaire(GCQ)score in the observation group were significantly higher than control group(P<0.01).The satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of control group(96.67%vs 76.67%,P<0.01,respectively).Conclusion Endoscopic polypectomy is essential to prevent early gastrointestinal cancer.The early sublingual candy administration can reduce the adverse reactions,improve satisfaction and comfort levels of the patients,and reduce complications.It is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
