夫妻书面情感表露对中青年脑卒中患者及配偶抑郁和心理弹性的影响

Effect of written emotional disclosure on the mood disorders and mental flexibility of young and middle-aged stroke patients and their spouses

目的探究书面情感表露对中青年脑卒中患者及其配偶心境障碍、心理弹性的影响。方法选取2020年1~10月在秦皇岛市第一医院收治的80例中青年脑卒中患者及其配偶,随机分为对照组及试验组,每组40例。对照组实施脑卒中后常规护理,试验组在此基础上进行夫妻书面情感表露干预,采用自评抑郁量表(SDS)、自评焦虑量表(SAS)和康纳-戴维森韧性量表(CD-RISC)比较2组间抑郁、焦虑及心理弹性的差异。结果试验组患者及其配偶在干预后抑郁、焦虑得分均低于对照组,心理弹性得分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论夫妻书面情感表露能够改善脑卒中患者及其配偶的心境障碍并提高其心理弹性水平。

Objective To assess the effect of written emotional disclosure on the mood disorders and mental flexibility of young and middle-aged stroke patients and their spouses.Methods A total of 80 young and middle-aged stroke patients and their spouses treated in the Qinhuangdao First Hospital from 2020 January to 2020 October were randomized to control group(n=40)and experimental group(n=40),Patients in the control group were given standard nursing care,and those in the experimental group were given standard nursing care combined with written emotional disclosure.Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS),Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Connor-Davidson resilience scale(CD-RISC)were performed to compare the differences in depression,anxiety and mental flexibility between the two groups.Results Depression and anxiety scores of the patients and their spouses in the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group after the intervention,while the psychological resilience scores were significantly higher(P<0.05).Conclusion Written emotional disclosure improves the mood disorders and mental flexibility of young and middle-aged stroke patients and their spouses.
