医学影像技术专业与护理专业实习模式探讨

摘要 目的探讨医学影像技术专业与护理专业一体化(技护一体化)实习模式的可行性。方法选取2019年7月—2020年5月重庆市某三级医院实习的医学影像技术专业实习生10名、护理专业实习生6名作为对照组。2020年7月—2021年5月医学影像技术专业实习生24名、护理专业实习生10名作为试验组。试验组采用“技护一体化”实习模式进行培训,对照组采用常规模式培训。比较两组同学的满意度及各个模块考试成绩。结果试验组学生满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组各个模块成绩均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论“技护一体化”实习模式显著提高学生专业水平及作协能力,有助于打造高效“技护”团队。 Objective To explore the feasibility of the practice mode of the integration of medical imaging technology and nursing.Methods From July 2019 to May 2020,10 medical imaging interns and 6 nursing interns in a tertiary hospital in Chongqing were selected as the control group.From July 2020 to May 2021,24 medical imaging technology interns and 10 nursing interns were selected as the experimental group.The experimental group was trained in the"integration of technology and care"practice mode,while the control group was trained in the conventional mode.The satisfaction of the two groups and the scores of each module were compared.Results The satisfaction of students in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of each module in the experimental group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The practice mode of"integration of medical imaging technology and nursing"significantly improves students'professional level and cooperative ability,and helps to build an efficient"medical imaging technology and nursing"team.
