住院医师规范化培训融入思政教育的实践探索

Practical Exploration of Integrating Ideological and Political Education Into the Standardized Training of Resident Physicians

培养专业技术过硬、思想道德高尚的医学人才是助力健康中国建设的重要基础。住院医师规范化培训(以下简称“住培”)作为医学教育的实践学习和末端教育环节,在住培中开展思想教育能既能正确引导医师队伍后备力量的核心价值观,还能强化医师队伍的思想政治品格修养。文章综述了住院医师规范化培训思政融入的研究现状,并结合骨科专业特色,深挖思政元素,探讨各环节中思政有效融入的实施方法和具体步骤,为住院医师规范化培训中融入思政教育提供实践参考。

Cultivating medical professionals with skilled professional skills and noble ideology and morality is an important foundation for the construction of the healthy China.The standardized training of resident physicians is the practical learning and terminal education link of medical education.Ideological education is carried out in the standardized training of resident physicians,which can not only correctly guide the core values of the reserve force of the physician team,but also strengthen the ideological and political character cultivation of the physician team.This paper summarizes the research status of the integration of standardized training for resident physicians into ideological and political education.Then,combining the characteristics of orthopedics,this paper explores the elements of ideology and politics,and discusses the implementation methods and specific steps for the effective integration of ideology and politics in each link.It provides a practical reference for integrating ideological and political education into the standardized training of residents.
