放射科在中医类别住院医师规范化培训中的探索与实践

Exploration and Practice of Standardized Training of TCM Residents in Radiology Department

住院医师规范化培训(简称“住培”)是毕业后继续医学教育的重要组成部分,是每一位临床医师成长的必由之路。南京中医药大学附属苏州市中医医院放射科经过多年的教学实践,在管理方式上增加了手机“钉钉”考勤打卡,线上提交各种教学任务、出科考核标准化等诸多举措,在教学方法上引入了带教老师分系统授课、每日学一例、出科汇报等创新形式,形成了以过程考核和出科考试相结合的考核模式,以被动学习向主动学习转变的PBL教学模式,结合线上、线下学习相结合的互联网式教学方法,开辟出一条符合学科特点、时代发展的教学模式,使中医专业的住院医师在学习影像诊断过程中能够同影像专业的住院医师一样得心应手。

Standardized resident training(referred to as"residential training")is an important part of continuing medical education after graduation,which is the only way for every clinician to grow up.After years of teaching practice,the department of radiology of Suzhou TCM Hospital Affiliated to Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine,has added many measures in management,such as the attendance punch in of the"DingTalk"app on the mobile phone,submission of various assignments via the Internet,and standardization of assessors'level.In terms of teaching methods,the radiology department has also introduced innovative forms such as teachers'teaching according to different body systems,learning one case every day,and reporting before the end of rotation.It has formed the assessment mode of combining process assessment and exit examination,PBL teaching mode of transforming passive learning into active learning,and internet teaching method of combining online and offline learning.Researcher have developed a teaching mode that is in line with the characteristics of the discipline and the development of the times,so that the residents of traditional Chinese medicine can be as handy as the residents of radiology in the process of learning radiation diagnosis.
