分析新时期医疗纠纷人民调解工作出现的新特点,结合天津市医疗纠纷人民调解工作的实践,提出医疗纠纷人民调解工作必须充分发挥人民调解化解社会矛盾纠纷主渠道作用,必须主动融入纠纷多元化解机制,必须始终坚持依法调解的理念,必须始终坚持医疗纠纷人民调解专业性调解的特色等具体对策。

This paper analyzed the new characteristics of mediation of medical disputes in the new period, combining the practice of medical dispute mediation in Tianjin. The paper proposed the countermeasures of the principle of giving full play to the characteristics of professional mediation of medical disputes.
