摘要
为了研究32CrNi3MoVE钢表面淬火层硬度、耐磨性和耐腐蚀性能,采用激光淬火技术在32CrNi3MoVE钢表面制备淬火改性层,利用金相显微镜、扫描电镜、X射线衍射仪、显微硬度计、电化学腐蚀工作站和摩擦磨损试验机测试和表征淬火区域的组织特性、物相组成、维氏硬度、耐磨性能和耐腐蚀性能。结果表明,激光淬火后材料表面形成隐晶马氏体,晶粒细化。淬火层表面硬度提高了75%,摩擦系数下降,摩擦系数曲线相对稳定,磨损量降低。激光处理试样的自腐蚀电流为1.17×10^(-5)A·cm^(-2),产生了耐腐蚀的Cr7C3碳化物,腐蚀过程中有钝化现象,未处理试样的自腐蚀电流为3.88×10^(-5)A·cm^(-2),电化学腐蚀过程中腐蚀电流密度减小。激光处理后,淬火层的硬度、耐磨性和耐腐蚀性能均得到提升。
In order to study the hardness,wear resistance and corrosion resistance of the surface quenching layer of 32CrNi3MoVE steel,the quenching modified layer was prepared on the surface of 32CrNi3MoVE steel by laser quenching technology.The microstructure,phase composition,Vickers hardness,wear resistance and corrosion resistance of the quenching area were tested and characterized by metallographic microscope,scanning electron microscope,X-ray diffractometer,microhardness tester,electrochemical corrosion workstation and friction and wear tester.The results show that hidden crystal martensite is formed on the surface of the material after laser quenching,and the grain size is refined.The surface hardness of the quenched layer is increased by 75%,the friction coefficient decreases,the friction coefficient curve is relatively stable,and the wear rate decreases.The self-corrosion current of the sample treated by laser is 1.17×10^(-5)A·cm^(-2),the corrosion resistant Cr7C3carbide is produced,and there is passivation in the corrosion process.The corrosion current density decreases when the self-corrosion current of the untreated sample is 3.88×10^(-5)A·cm^(-2).After laser treatment,the hardness,wear resistance and corrosion resistance of the quenched layer are improved.
