Q-T和Q-P工艺对Fe-C-B合金组织与性能的影响

摘要 为了获得综合性能好、成本低的耐磨钢,分别采用淬火-回火(Q-T)和淬火-分配(Q-P)工艺对Fe-C-B合金进行热处理。结果表明,相较于Q-T工艺,Q-P工艺处理后的试样综合性能更加优异。采用Q-T工艺处理后合金的冲击韧性提升了18.9%,而采用Q-P工艺处理后的合金,获得了板条马氏体和薄片状残余奥氏体组成的基体,薄片状的残余奥氏体对于提升Fe-C-B合金的冲击性能产生了重要效果,使该合金的冲击性能提升了50.9%。 In order to obtain the wear-resistant steel with good comprehensive properties and low cost, Fe-C-B alloy was heat treated by quenching-tempering(Q-T)and quenching-distribution(Q-P)processes, respectively. The results show that the comprehensive properties of the samples treated by Q-P process are better than those by Q-T process. The impact toughness of the alloy is increased by 18.9% with the Q-T process. The matrix composed of lath martensite and sheet retained austenite is obtained by using the alloy treated by Q-P process. The sheet retained austenite has an important effect on improving the impact properties of Fe-C-B alloy, and the impact properties of the alloy have been increased by 50.9%.
