矿渣微粉提升硫铝酸盐水泥抗硫酸盐侵蚀性能

摘要 利用粒化高炉矿渣微粉、硫铝酸盐水泥和普通河砂配制水泥砂浆,研究不同掺量的矿渣微粉对硫铝酸盐水泥砂浆流动度、抗压强度及抗硫酸盐侵蚀性能的影响,主要包括砂浆在硫酸盐侵蚀溶液中强度变化、质量变化及水泥砂浆断面和表面损伤情况。结果表明:随着水泥砂浆中的矿渣微粉掺量增加,砂浆的流动度、抗压强度有不同程度的降低;干湿循环次数越多时,掺入一定量的矿渣微粉可提高水泥的抗硫酸盐侵蚀性能。 The cement mortar was prepared by granulation blast furnace slag powder,sulphoaluminate cement and ordinary river sand.The effect of different dosages of slag powder on the fluidity,compressive strength and sulfate attack resistance of sulphoaluminate cement mortar was studied,mainly including the strength change and mass change of mortar in sulfate attack solution,and the cross-section and surface damage of cement mortar.The results showed that with the increase of slag powder content in cement mortar,the fluidity and compressive strength of cement mortar were reduced to varying degrees.When the number of dry-wet cycles increased,adding a certain amount of slag powder could improve the sulfate resistance of cement.
