稠油乳化剂复配降黏效果影响因素分析 被引量:2

摘要 稠油高黏度等特点一定程度上制约着稠油开采,同时也给稠油管输带来许多不便。针对辽河油田某区块生产的典型稠油进行研究,通过向稠油中添加化学乳化剂的方法对稠油进行降黏,以期使稠油黏度可以降低到满足管道运输的要求,提高输送效率,降低输送成本,从而达到安全、经济、高效输送的目标。在前续实验基础上确定复配单剂及质量分数,进行了单剂复配并通过实验分析了不同质量分数的碱、醇以及盐等因素对乳化剂复配降黏效果的影响,同时通过测定分水率分析了对乳状液稳定性的影响。 The characteristics of heavy oil restrict the exploitation of heavy oil to a certain extent,and also bring a lot of inconvenience to heavy oil pipeline transportation.In this paper,the typical heavy oil produced in some block of Liaohe oilfield was studied,and the viscosity of heavy oil was reduced by adding chemical emulsifier to the heavy oil,in order to reduce the viscosity of heavy oil to meet the requirements of pipeline transportation,improve transportation efficiency and reduce transportation cost,so as to achieve the goal of safe,economic and efficient transportation.Based on the previous experiments,the compound single agent and mass fraction were determined,and the single agent compound was carried out.The effects of different mass fractions of alkali,alcohol and salt on the viscosity reduction effect of emulsifier compound were analyzed through experiments.At the same time,the influence on the stability of emulsion was analyzed by measuring the water separation rate.
