摘要
列举了替代制冷剂R32、R290和R410A特性参数,以单级蒸气压缩制冷系统为研究对象,并基于SOLKANE软件模拟结果,对比分析了在不同工况下3种制冷剂的循环性能。结果表明:R32和R290因其较低的GWP而备受青睐;R290在低温和中高温空调系统中的COP相对于R32和R410A最高;在小型制冷装置中,R290较R32在循环性能上更具优势;增加液体过冷度,对R410A最有利;增加吸气过热度,R290的COP最小且衰减最为严重,R32的COP和单位容积制冷量均呈下降趋势;R32在小型制冷装置中替代R410A具有一定的可行性,研究结果为替代制冷剂在单级蒸气压缩制冷系统的应用提供了参考意见。
The characteristic parameters of alternative refrigerants R32,R290 and R410A were listed.Taking the single-stage vapor compression refrigeration system as the research object,and based on the simulation results of SOLKANE software,the cycle performance of three refrigerants under different working conditions was compared and analyzed.The results showed that R32 and R290 were favored because of their low GWP;The COP of R290 in low temperature and high temperature air conditioning systems was the highest compared with R32 and R410A;In small refrigeration units,R290 had more advantages in cycle performance than R32;Increasing liquid undercooling was most beneficial to R410A;With the increase of suction superheat,the COP attenuation of R290 was the most serious,and the COP of R32 and the refrigerating capacity per unit volume showed a downward trend;R32 was feasible to replace R410A in small refrigeration unit.The research results provide some reference for the application of refrigerant in single-stage vapor compression refrigeration system.
