染料敏化太阳能电池光阳极的研究进展

摘要 染料敏化太阳能电池(DSSC)具有成本低、质量轻、来源广等优点,是现有硅太阳能电池的替代品之一,应用前景广阔。DSSC制备的关键在于基材及与之相关的光阳极材料的制备。综述了光阳极近年的发展情况,详细分析了离子掺杂、基于微观结构改性的复合结构、表面处理和替代二氧化钛光阳极。水热法、电沉积法是目前制备高效光阳极的主要方法。最后对光阳极的研究方向进行了总结,并展望了未来染料敏化太阳能的发展趋势。 Dye-sensitized solar cells(DSSC) have the advantages of low cost, light weight and wide source, and are one of substitutes to existing silicon solar cells with broad application prospects.The key to the preparation of DSSC is the preparation of the substrate and related photoanode materials.This paper reviewed the development of DSSC photoanodes in recent years, and analyzed in detail ion doping, composite structure based on microstructure modification, surface treatment and replacement of titanium dioxide photoanode.The results showed that hydrothermal method and electrodeposition method were main methods to prepare high-efficiency DSSC photoanode.Finally, the research direction and future development trend of photoanodes were discussed.
