三乙烯四胺改性的磁性微球对酸性品红的吸附研究 被引量:1

摘要 以甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯(GMA)为功能单体,采用分数聚合法合成了聚(苯乙烯-甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯)[P(St-GMA)]磁性微球,利用三乙烯四胺(TETA)修饰P(St-GMA)磁性微球,制备表面含有氨基的P(St-GMA)-TETA磁性微球。采用光学显微镜、傅里叶红外光谱(FT-IR)和样品磁力振荡计(VSM)等手段进行表征,并将其应用于对含酸性品红(AF)的模拟废水吸附性能研究。考察了pH、吸附剂用量和吸附时间等因素对[P(St-GMA)-TETA]磁性微球吸附量的影响。结果表明:该吸附剂对AF的吸附符合准二级动力学模型,60min内基本达到吸附平衡,在298K时,最大吸附量高达171.821mg/g, Langmuir等温吸附数学模型能较好地拟合P(St-GMA)-TETA磁性微球对AF染料的吸附。 Using glycidyl methacrylate(GMA) as functional monomer, P(St-GMA) magnetic microspheres were synthesized by dispersion polymerization, and then were modified with Triethylenetetramine(TETA) to obtain amino-functionalized [P(St-GMA)-TETA] magnetic microspheres.The [P(St-GMA)-TETA] magnetic microspheres were characterized by optical microscope, Fourier transform infrared spectrometer(FT-IR),and vibrating sample magnetometer(VSM).After that, Magnetic microspheres were used to adsorb acid fuchsin(AF) from simulated wastewater.The effects of pH,adsorbent dosage, and adsorption time on the adsorptions amount of [P(St-GMA)-TETA] magnetic microspheres were investigated.The adsorption reached equilibrium within 60 min, and the process followed pseudo-second-order kinetic.Under 298K,the saturated adsorption was approximately 171.821mg/g.The adsorption of AF by magnetic microspheres conformed to Langmuir model.
