聚季铵盐抗菌棉织物的制备及抗菌耐洗性能 被引量:2

摘要 为有效解决季铵盐抗菌剂抗菌效率低、耐洗性差的问题,用甲基丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵(DMC)和丙烯酸甲酯(MA)制备抗菌高聚物DMC-MA并制备其水溶液,利用羧甲基壳聚糖(CMC)水溶液浸轧烘处理棉织物,用DMC-MA溶液对其表面改性得到抗菌棉织物,研究了棉织物改性前后的组分和形貌变化,分析了改性棉织物的抗菌性能和耐洗性能。结果表明:当DMC与MA的摩尔比为100∶1时,制备的抗菌棉织物抑菌效果最好,抑菌率达100%;经过30次连续洗涤,其对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌率仍然保持在80%以上。研究结论为今后耐洗抗菌纺织品的开发及生产提供了实验依据和理论基础。 In order to effectively solve the problems of low antibacterial efficiency and poor washing resistance of quaternary ammonium salt antibacterial agent,antibacterial polymer DMC-MA was prepared by methacryloxyethyl trimethylammonium chloride(DMC)and methyl acrylate(MA).Cotton cloth was treated by soaking,rolling and drying with carboxymethyl chitosan aqueous solution,and then the surface was modified with different concentrations of antibacterial solution to obtain antibacterial cotton fabric.The changes of composition and morphology of the modified cotton fabric before and after modification were studied,and the antibacterial and washing properties of the modified cotton fabric were analyzed.As a result,when the molar ratio of DMC to MA was 100∶1,the antibacterial effect of the antibacterial cotton fabric was the best,and the bacteriostatic rate to E.coli and S.aureus reached 100%.After 30 continuous washing cycles,the bacteriostatic rate remained above 80%.The research results provide experimental and theoretical basis for the development and production of washable and antibacterial textiles in the future.
