Xiongan Urban Computing Center was built and operated under the background of China's striding towards the digital era.As the first city computing center to be built synchronously in the physical city,Xiongan Urban Computing Center plays an important role in exploring the development direction of future urban computing centers and urban computing center for the future development of Chinese digital city,scientific layout of urban intelligent infrastructure,building the digital city overall architecture,exploring the intelligent urban management mode,etc.Based on the planning,design and construction process of Xiongan Urban Computing Center,the definition of city computing center building are briefly described,and the main functional systems and basic planning and design strategies are clarified.
