摘要
本文针对大型既有建筑改造的室内外给水排水设计过程和设计难点进行梳理剖析.阐述现况机电设备材料的利旧、更新、保护策略并分析给出评定结果,作为改造设计依据;从降低运行能耗的角度出发,根据功能需求等多方面进行对比,论证出与既有建筑改造相契合的给水泵房设置原则;对热水机组的选择和控制结合本项目特点进行分析,得出可减少能耗的方式;梳理大型既有建筑室外给水排水管道系统改造面临的困境,从分析室外给水排水管道改造条件、施工中遇到的困难等多方面入手,总结出室外给排水管道改造的难题及解决的办法,为类似大型既有建筑的室内外给排水设计提供经验和技术借鉴.
The difficulties of indoor and outdoor water supply and drainage design for large-scale existing building renovation are analyzed in detail.The recycling,renewal and protection strategies of the current electromechanical equipment materials are explained,the evaluation results are derived as the basis for the renovation design;From the perspective of reducing the energy consumption of the operation,according to the comparison of functional requirements and other aspects,the water supply pump room setting principles that fit the existing building renovation are demonstrated;The selection and control of the hot water unit is analyzed in combination with the characteristics of this project,and the method that can reduce energy consumption is obtained;the dificulties faced by the renovation of outdoor water supply and drainage pipeline systems in large existing buildings,are sorted out,and from the analysis of outdoor water supply and drainage pipeline renovation conditions,construction difficulties and other aspects,the outdoor water supply and drainage pipeline renovation problems and solutions are summed up,to provide experience and technical reference for similar large existing buildings indoor and outdoor water supply and drainage design.
