基于情景分析法对既有综合体项目改造的建筑负荷分析 被引量:1

摘要 本文基于情景分析法,对北京中坤广场改造项目进行了建筑负荷的分析,研究不同功能建筑的用能规律,利用负荷错峰和负荷参差率对建筑需求侧的负荷进行合理预测.由于不同功能建筑的用能时间分布有很大的差异性,通过情景分析方法,可以相对准确地预测出综合体项目的建筑负荷.该方法不仅在能源前期规划及方案初设阶段中应用更简单和实用,在施工图阶段对人员的密度分析同样适用,为冷热源系统的方案确定提供了较为准确的基础数据,可为既有综合体项目的负荷预测提供一定的参考. Based on the scenario analysis method,the building load and energy consumption of the existing building complex—Beijing Zhongkun Square are analyaed.With this method,the load on demand side of building can be predicted reasonably due to clear load staggered peaks and load variability rates.It is kind different between different functional buildings on the time distribution of energy consumption,and the building load of the complex project can be predicted accurately through the scenario analysis method.This method is not only simpler and more practical in the preliminary stage of energy planning,but also available for the personnel density analysis in the construction drawing stage.It provides more accurate basic data for the selection of the cold and heat source system,besides it can provide certain reference forload prediction of existing complex projects.
