摘要
介绍了北京中坤广场改造项目由商业改为互联网办公总部的暖通空调设计,结合项目改造后人员密度大、建筑功能复杂,空调设计标准高的特点,分析比较了冷热源的选取、室内空调末端的确定.对消防防排烟系统设计相关内容进行了总结,分析了目前的既有建筑改造工程消防设计面临的问题.针对不同区域、不同空调末端形式,论述了采取的空调降噪策略.
This paper presents the HVAC design of the Beijing Zhongkun Plaza project,which was changed from a commercial to an Internet company headquarters office.Combined with the characteristics of high personnel density,complex building functions,and high air conditioning design standards,the different selections of cold and heat sources and indoor air conditioning terminals are compared,the relevant content of fire prevention and smoke exhaust system design are summarized,and the problems faced by the current fire protection design of existing building renovation projects are analyzed.According to different areas and different air-conditioning terminal forms,the adopted airconditioning noise reduction strategies are discussed.
