摘要
根据北京中坤广场改造项目的实施情况,本文分析了改造类项目前期方案阶段和改造过程中需重点关注的电气设计要点,提出前期应做好竣工图和相关资料的收集工作,及时对设施设备进行检测;过程中通过调研建设单位的改造需求和规范条款的更新,针对性地对现状电气系统进行分析改造.在满足建筑功能需求和技术合理性的前提下,综合考虑项目内外的多种因素,尽量降低改造成本和改造周期,为业主提供一个优化后的改造方案.本文对项目实施过程中的改造思路和技术措施进行了归纳总结,希望对类似改造项目的电气设计有所帮助.
According to the implementation of Beijing Zhongkun Plaza reconstruction project,the early scheme stage of the reconstruction project and the key points of electrical design that should be paid attention to in the reconstruction process are analyzed,and it is suggested that the collection of as built drawings and relevant data should be done well in the early stage,and the facilities and equipment should be tested in time;In the process,the current electrical system is analyzed and reconstructed pertinently by investigating the reconstruction needs of the construction unit and updating the specifications.On the premise of meeting the functional requirements and technical rationality of the building,comprehensive consideration should be given to various factors inside and outside the project,so as to minimize the transformation cost and period,and provide the owner with an optimized transformation scheme.This paper summarizes the transformation ideas and technical measures during the implementation of the project,hoping to help the electrical design of similar transformation projects.
