腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剥除术治疗卵巢囊肿的临床效果及对卵巢功能的影响

Clinical effect of laparoscopic ovarian cyst excision in the treatment of ovarian cyst and its influence on ovarian function

目的探究腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剥除术治疗卵巢囊肿的临床效果及对卵巢功能的影响。方法选取山东省莱州市妇幼保健院2020年1月至2021年12月收治的150例行腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剥除术的卵巢囊肿患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为实验组和对照组,每组各75例。对照组实施开腹手术,实验组实施腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剥除术,比较两组的临床效果、复发情况、并发症发生情况、手术相关指标及手术前后抗米勒管激素(AMH)、促卵泡激素(FSH)、雌激素(E_(2))水平。结果实验组的手术时间、术后排气时间、住院时间短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组(P<0.05)。实验组的临床总有效率为96.00%,高于对照组的84.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组的复发率低于(1.33%)对照组(10.67%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组术后的FSH、AMH水平低于对照组,E_(2)水平高于对照组(P<0.05);实验组的并发症总发生率(2.67%)低于对照组(13.33%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在卵巢囊肿治疗中应用腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剥除术疗效确切,值得推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of laparoscopic ovarian cyst excision in the treatment of ovarian cyst and its influence on ovarian function.Methods A total of 150 patients with ovarian cyst undergoing laparoscopic ovarian cyst excision admitted to Laizhou Maternity and Child Healthcare Hospital of Shandong Province from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected as research objects,and divided into the experimental group and the control group according to random number table method,with 75 cases in each group.The control group was treated with open operation,and the experimental group was treated with laparoscopic ovarian cyst excision.The clinical effects,recurrence,complications,operation related indexes,and the levels of anti-Müllerian hormone(AMH),folliclestimulating hormone(FSH),estradiol(E_(2))before and after operation were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time,postoperative exhaust time and hospitalization time of the experimental group were shorter than those of the control group,the intraoperative blood loss was less than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total clinical effective rate of the experimental group was 96.00%,which was higher than 84.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of the experimental group(1.33%)was lower than that of the control group(10.67%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After operation,the level of E_(2) in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the levels of FSH and AMH were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total complication rate of the experimental group(2.67%)was lower than that of the control group(13.33%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of ovarian cyst,laparoscopic ovarian cyst excision is effective and worthy of popularization and application.
