张伟教授运用“伏风理论”治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘经验

Professor Zhang Wei’s experience in treating cough variant asthma with“Fufeng Theory”

咳嗽变异性哮喘是我国儿童最为高发的慢性咳嗽,中医药治疗本病有着独特的优势。黑龙江省名中医张伟教授从事中医儿科临床研究近40年,对诊治小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘有着丰富的临床经验。张伟教授认为伏风作祟是本病缠绵难愈的根本原因,治疗本病应分期论治,注重消风止咳、调和固本。本文将张教授的伏风理论,以及临证经验方“麻蝉止咳汤”“止咳汤”“人参五味子汤”治法治则整理总结如下,以飨同道。

Cough variant asthma is the most common chronic cough in children in China,and traditional Chinese medicine has unique advantages in the treatment of this disease.Professor Zhang Wei,a famous Chinese medicine practitioner in Heilongjiang Province,has been engaged in clinical research of tradition Chinese medicine in Pediatrics for nearly 40 years,and has rich clinical experience in the diagnosis and treatment of cough variant asthma in children.Professor Zhang Wei believes that the root cause of this disease is Fufeng,and the treatment of this disease should be based on stages,focusing on eliminating wind and relieving cough,reconciling and consolidating the root.This article summarizes the principles of Professor Zhang’s Fufeng theory and the clinical experience prescriptions Machan Zhike Decoction,Zhike Decoction and Renshen Wuweizi Decoction as follows,for the sake of fellowship.
