茵陈蒿汤药浴联合蓝光照射与茵栀黄免煎颗粒治疗新生儿黄疸的临床效果

Clinical effect of Yinchenhao Decoction Medicine Bath combined with blue light irradiation and Yinzhihuang Jijian Granules in the treatment of neonatal jaundice

目的探讨新生儿黄疸治疗中采用茵陈蒿汤药浴联合蓝光、茵栀黄免煎颗粒治疗的临床效果。方法选取2020年1月至2022年2月柳州市中医医院收治的100例新生儿黄疸患儿作为研究对象。按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组各50例。对照组采用口服茵栀黄免煎颗粒、每日间歇照射蓝光治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上配合茵陈蒿汤药浴。比较两组治疗7 d后的临床治疗效果,及两组治疗前、治疗7 d后的血清总胆红素水平。结果治疗7 d后,观察组临床治疗总有效率(96.00%)高于对照组(84.00%),观察组血清总胆红素水平([70.25±13.22)μmol/L]低于对照组([81.79±20.36)μmol/L],差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论茵陈蒿汤药浴联合蓝光、茵栀黄颗粒治疗新生儿黄疸,可增强临床治疗效果,值得推广。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Yinchenhao Decoction Medicine Bath combined with blue light and Yinzhihuang Granules in the treatment of neonatal jaundice.Methods A total of 100 neonates with jaundice in Liuzhou Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2020 to February 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into obs ervation group and control group according to random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with oral Yinzhihuang Granules and intermittent daily irradiation of blue light.On the basis of the control group,the observation group used Yinchenhao Decoction Medicine Bath.Clinical treatment effect of the two groups after 7 days of treatment,and the serum total bilirubin level before and after 7 days of treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After 7 days of treatment,the total effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group(96.00%)was higher than that in the control group(84.00%),and the serum total bilirubin level in the observation group([70.25±13.22]μmol/L)was lower than that of the control group([81.79±20.36]μmol/L),the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Yinchenhao Decoction Medicine Bath combined with blue light and Yinzhihuang Granules in the treatment of neonatal jaundice can strengthen the clinical treatment effect and is worth promoting.
