妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症孕妇的总胆汁酸水平与妊娠结局的相关性

Correlation between total bile acid levels and pregnancy outcomes in pregnant women with intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy

目的分析妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症孕妇总胆汁酸水平与妊娠结局的相关性。方法选取东部战区总医院秦淮医疗区妇产科2017年1月至2022年6月收治的60例妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症孕妇作为研究组,选择同期产检的60名健康孕妇作为健康组。比较两组总胆汁酸水平、不同临床资料产妇总胆汁酸水平、不同临床资料产妇不良妊娠结局发生率,分析总胆汁酸水平与不良妊娠结局发生率的相关性。结果研究组总胆汁酸水平高于健康组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同临床资料产妇总胆汁酸水平比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同临床资料产妇不良妊娠结局发生率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Pearson相关分析显示总胆汁酸水平与不良妊娠结局发生率呈正相关(P=0.001)。结论妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症孕妇总胆汁酸水平与不良妊娠结局有相关性。

Objective To analyze the correlation between total bile acid level and pregnancy outcomes in pregnant women with intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy.Methods A total of 60 pregnant women with intrahepatic choles tasis of pregnancy admitted to the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of Qinhuai Medical District of Eastern Theater General Hospital from January 2017 to June 2022 were selected as the study group,and 60 healthy pregnant women who underwent labor examination during the same period were selected as the healthy group.The total bile acid level of the two groups,the total bile acid level of the women with different clinical data and the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes with different clinical data were compared.The correlation between the total bile acid level and the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes was analyzed.Results The total bile acid level of the study group was higher than that of the healthy group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was statistical significance in the level of total bile acid in different clinical data(P<0.05).There was statistical significance in the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes among different clinical data(P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that total bile acid level was positively correlated with the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes(P=0.001).Conclusion The level of total bile acid in pregnant women with intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy is correlated with adverse pregnancy outcomes.
