阿奇霉素序贯疗法在小儿支原体肺炎治疗中的效果

Effect of Azithromycin sequential therapy in the treatment of Mycoplasma pneumonia in children

目的探讨阿奇霉素序贯疗法在小儿支原体肺炎治疗中的效果。方法选取济南市历城区中医医院2021年9月至2022年9月门诊治疗的86例小儿支原体肺炎患儿作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组各43例。对照组采用红霉素序贯疗法,观察组采用阿奇霉素序贯疗法,比较两组的临床疗效、症状缓解时间及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组退热时间、咳嗽缓解时间及肺部啰音消失时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对于小儿支原体肺炎的治疗,阿奇霉素序贯疗法疗效好且具有安全性,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the effect of Azithromycin sequential therapy in the treatment of Mycoplasma pneumonia in children.Methods A total of 86 children with Mycoplasma pneumonia who received outpatient treatment in Jinan Licheng District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2021 to September 2022 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Erythromycin sequential therapy,and the observation group was treated with Azithromycin sequential therapy.The clinical efficacy,symptom remission time and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The time of fever reduction,cough relief and lung rales disappearance in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For the treatment of Mycoplasma pneumonia in children,Azithromycin sequential therapy is effective and safe,worthy of clinical promotion.
