阿奇霉素序贯疗法治疗小儿支原体肺炎的临床效果

Clinical effect of Azithromycin sequential therapy in the treatment of Mycoplasma pneumonia in children

目的探讨阿奇霉素序贯疗法治疗小儿支原体肺炎的临床效果。方法选取2019年1月至2022年1月上海杨思医院儿科收治的80例支原体肺炎患儿作为研究对象,按照抽签法分为对照组和观察组,每组各40例。对照组采用红霉素序贯疗法,观察组采用阿奇霉素序贯疗法。比较两组治疗总有效率、治疗时间及不良反应总发生率。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论阿奇霉素序贯疗法治疗小儿支原体肺炎的效果较好,可缩短治疗时间,且不良反应较少,具有安全性,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Azithromycin sequential therapy in the treatment of Mycoplasma pneumonia in children.Methods A total of 80 children with Mycoplasma pneumonia admitted to the Department of Pediatrics of Shanghai Yangsi Hospital from January 2019 to January 2022 were selected as the research objects and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the lottery method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Erythromycin sequential therapy,and the observation group was treated with Azithromycin sequential therapy.The total effective rate,treatment time and total incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The treatment time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Azithromycin sequential therapy is effective in the treatment of Mycoplasma pneumonia in children and can shorten the treatment time.With fewer adve rse reactions,it is safe and worthy of clinical application.
