地屈孕酮用于先兆流产保胎治疗中的临床效果

Clinical effect of Dydrogesterone in the fetal protection treatment of threatened abortion

目的探讨地屈孕酮用于先兆流产保胎治疗中的临床效果。方法选取2020年1月至2022年1月济宁市第三人民医院收治的90例先兆流产患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组。对照组给予黄体酮治疗,研究组给予地屈孕酮治疗,对比两组临床疗效、临床症状改善时间及保胎成功率。结果研究组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组临床症状改善时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组保胎成功率为100.00%,高于对照组的91.11%(χ^(2)=4.186,P=0.041)。结论在先兆流产保胎治疗中,地屈孕酮较黄体酮治疗具有更好的治疗效果,对于母婴健康具有积极意义,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Dydrogesterone in the fetal protection treatment of threatened abortion.Methods A total of 90 patients with threatened abortion admitted to Jining Third People’s Hospital of Jining from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected as research objects and divided into the control group and the study group by the random number table method.The control group was treated with Progesterone and the study group was treated with Dydrogesterone.The clinical efficacy,the improvement time of clinical symptoms and the success rate of fetal protection were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The improvement time of clinical symptoms in the study group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The success rate of fetal protection in the study group was 100.00%,which was higher than that in the control group(91.11%)(χ^(2)=4.186,P=0.041).Conclusion In the treatment of threatened abortion,Dydrogesterone has better therapeutic effect than Progesterone,which has positive significance for maternal and infant health and is worthy of clinical application.
