米非司酮联合依沙吖啶治疗瘢痕子宫中期妊娠引产的临床效果

Clinical effect of Mifepristone combined with Esacridine in the treatment of induced labor in the second trimester of pregnancy with scar uterus

目的探讨米非司酮联合依沙吖啶治疗瘢痕子宫中期妊娠引产的临床效果。方法选取2019年4月至2022年4月北京四季青医院收治的60例瘢痕子宫中期妊娠引产患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(30例)与观察组(30例)。对照组采用依沙吖啶治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用米非司酮治疗。比较两组临床指标、并发症发生情况、肌注哌替啶占比及清宫率。结果观察组宫缩开始时间、规律宫缩至胎儿完全娩出时间均短于对照组,观察组产后出血量少于对照组(P<0.05)。两组并发症发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组肌注哌替啶占比及清宫率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论依沙吖啶和米非司酮联合用于瘢痕子宫中期妊娠引产患者的治疗效果理想,值得推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Mifepristone combined with Esacridine in the treatment of induced labor in the second trimester of pregnancy with scar uterus.Methods A total of 60 patients with induced labor in the second trimester of pregnancy with scar uterus admitted to Beijing Sijiqing Hospital from April 2019 to April 2022 were selected and divided into the control group(30 cases)and the observation group(30 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with Esacridine,and the observation group was treated with Mifepristone on the basis of the control group.The clinical indexes,complications,the proportion of Meperidine injection and the curettage rate were compared between the two groups.Results The onset time of uterine contractions and the time from regular contractions to complete delivery of the fetus in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the postpartum blood loss in the observation group was less than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).The proportion of Meperidine injection and the curettage rate in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Esacridine and Mifepristone in the treatment of induced labor in the second trimester of pregnancy with scar uterus has an ideal the rapeutic effect and is worth promoting.
