米非司酮治疗人工流产术后持续阴道出血的临床效果

Clinical effect of Mifepristone in the treatment of persistent vaginal bleeding after induced abortion

目的探讨米非司酮治疗人工流产(简称人流)术后持续阴道出血的临床效果。方法选取2021年1月至2022年6月无锡市惠山区第三人民医院妇产科收治的141例人流术后持续阴道出血患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(70例)和观察组(71例)。对照组予以去氧孕烯炔雌醇片治疗,观察组予以米非司酮治疗。比较两组疗效、临床指标及药物安全性。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组月经复潮时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组阴道出血量少于对照组,且阴道出血时间短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论人流术后持续阴道出血患者采用米非司酮治疗,可有效缩短阴道出血时间、减少阴道出血量,且具有安全性。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Mifepristone in the treatment of persistent vaginal bleeding after induced abortion.Methods A total of 141 patients with persistent vaginal bleeding after induced abortion admitted to the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of the Third People’s Hospital of Huishan District of Wuxi City from January 2021 to June 2022 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into the control group(70 cases)and the observation group(71 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with Desogestrel and Ethinylestradiol Tablets,and the observation group was treated with Mifepristone.The efficacy,clinical indexes and drug safety were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the time of menstruation between the two groups(P>0.05).The amount of vaginal bleeding in the observation group was less than that in the control group,and the duration of vaginal bleeding in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group with statistical significance(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Mifepristone treatment for patients with persistent vaginal bleeding after induced abortion can effectively shorten the duration of vaginal bleeding,reduce the amount of vaginal bleeding,and has safety.
