同理心+罗伊适应护理模式对腹腔镜子宫肌瘤切除术后患者应激反应、心理状态的影响

Influence of empathy+Roy adaptation nursing mode on stress reaction and psychological state of patients after laparoscopic myomectomy

目的研究同理心+罗伊适应护理模式对腹腔镜子宫肌瘤切除术后患者应激反应、心理状态的影响。方法选择2021年3月至2022年6月在兰陵县人民医院行腹腔镜子宫肌瘤切除术的80例患者为研究对象,根据随机抽签法将患者分为两组,对照组(40例)患者实施常规护理,研究组(40例)患者实施同理心+罗伊适应护理模式,对两组患者术后应激反应、心理状态进行统计比较。结果研究组收缩压、舒张压、心率均低于对照组,血氧饱和度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组焦虑、抑郁分值均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜子宫肌瘤切除术后实施同理心+罗伊适应护理模式,能够显著减轻患者应激反应,改善患者心理状态。

Objective To study the influence of empathy+Roy adaptation nursing mode on stress reaction and psychological state of patients after laparoscopic myomectomy.Methods A total of 80 patients who underwent laparoscopic myomectomy in Lanling County People’s Hospital from March 2021 to June 2022 were selected as the study objects.The patients were divided into two groups according to the random lot drawing method,40 patients in the control group received routine care,and 40 patients in the study group received empathy+Roy adaptation nursing.The stress reaction and psychological state of the two groups were statistically compared.Results The systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and heart rate of the study group were lower than those of the control group,and the blood oxygen saturation was higher than t hat of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of anxiety and depression in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion After laparoscopic myomectomy,empathy+Roy adaptation nursing mode can significantly reduce the stress reaction of patients a nd improve their psychological status.
