人文关怀在雾化吸入患儿护理中的应用效果

Application of humanistic care in nursing care of children with atomization inhalation

目的观察雾化吸入患儿实施人文关怀护理的临床效果。方法以2021年6月至2022年5月在邹城市妇幼保健计划生育服务中心门诊接受雾化吸入的227例患儿为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组113例、观察组114例。两组均接受雾化吸入治疗,对照组接受常规护理措施,观察组实施人文关怀护理。比较两组雾化吸入总有效率、患儿抵抗情绪及医疗恐惧。结果观察组患儿雾化吸入总有效率高于对照组(96.49%vs.84.07%)(P<0.05)。观察组患儿抵抗情绪及医疗恐惧总评分优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论人文关怀护理可有效改善患儿抵抗情绪,降低医疗恐惧感,提升患儿的雾化吸入效果,值得推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of humanistic care for children with atomization inhalation.Methods A total of 227 children who received atomization inhalation from June 2021 to May 2022 in the outpatient department of Zoucheng Maternal and Child Health and Family Planning Service Center were selected as research objects.They were divided into the control group(113 cases)and the observation group(114 cases)according to the random number table method.Both groups received atomization inhalation treatment,the control group received routine nursing measures,and the observation group received humanistic care.The total effective rate of atomization inhalation,children’s resistance emotion and medical fear were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(96.49%vs.84.07%)(P<0.05).The total scores of resistance emotion and medical fear in the observation group were lower better those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Humanistic care nursing can effectively improve children’s resistance emotion,reduce medical fear,and enhance the effect of atomization inhalation,which is worth po pularizing.
