快速康复理念在女性压力性尿失禁患者围手术期的应用效果

Application effect of rapid rehabilitation concept in the perioperative period of female patients with stress incontinence

目的分析快速康复理念在女性压力性尿失禁患者围手术期的应用效果。方法选取2020年9月至2022年9月南京市第一医院接收的90例女性压力性尿失禁患者,以随机抽签法将其分为干预组和对照组,每组各45例。对照组采用常规护理,干预组则采用快速康复理念护理,对比两组患者的康复效果和生活质量。结果护理后,干预组康复优良率(93.33%)高于对照组(75.56%)(P<0.05);干预组生活质量总分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论女性压力性尿失禁患者采用快速康复理念护理能够有效改善其临床症状,提高生活质量,有较高的临床应用价值。

Objective To analyze the application effect of rapid rehabilitation concept in the perioperative period of female patients with stress incontinence.Methods A total of 90 female patients with stress incontinence in Nanjing First Hospital from September 2020 to September 2022 were selected and divided into the intervention group and the control group by the random lottery method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the intervention group was given rapid rehabilitation concept nursing.The rehabilitation effects and quality of life of the patients in the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the excellent and good rehabilitation rate of the intervention group(93.33%)was higher than that of the control group(75.56%)(P<0.05).The total score of quality of life in the intervention group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Rapid rehabilitation nursing concept for female patients with stress incontinence can effectively improve their clinical symptoms and quality of life,which has good application value in clinical practice.
