冷疗护理对小儿扁桃体肥大患儿术后疼痛的影响

Effect of cold therapy nursing on postoperative pain of children with tonsils hypertrophy

目的探讨在扁桃体肥大术后患儿中应用冷疗护理对术后疼痛的影响。方法选取2021年1月至12月淄博市妇幼保健院外科收治的90例扁桃体肥大患儿作为研究对象,随机分为实验组与参照组,每组各45例。参照组接受常规护理,实验组在常规护理基础上接受冷疗护理,比较两组疼痛情况(疼痛评分、疼痛持续时间)、住院时间、不良反应发生情况(发热、头痛、腹泻、出血)、术后恢复情况(术后愈合时间、首次进食时间、进食量)。结果实验组疼痛评分低于参照组,疼痛持续时间、住院时间短于参照组(P<0.05);实验组不良反应总发生率低于参照组(P<0.05);实验组术后愈合时间、首次进食时间短于参照组,进食量多于参照组(P<0.05)。结论在扁桃体肥大术后患儿中应用冷疗护理效果显著,能减轻患儿术后疼痛程度,降低不良反应总发生率,促进患儿康复,值得推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of cold therapy nursing on postoperative pain in children with tonsils hypertrophy.Methods A total of 90 children with tonsils hypertrophy admitted to Department of Surgery,Zibo Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital from January to December 2021 were selected as the research objects,and randomly divided into the experimental group and the reference group,with 45 cases in each group.The reference group received routine nursing,and the experimental group received cold therapy nursing on the basis of routine nursing.The pain(pain score,pain duration),hospitalization time,occurrence of adverse reactions(fever,headache,diarrhea,bleeding),postoperative recovery(postoperative healing time,time of first eating,food intake)were compared between the two groups.Results The pain score of the experimental group was lower than that of the reference group,and the duration of pain and hospitalization time were shorter than those of the reference group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was lower than that in the reference group(P<0.05).The postoperative healing time and the time of first eating in the experimental group were shorter than those in the reference group,and the food intake in the experimental group was more than that in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of cold therapy nursing in children with tonsils hypertrophy has a significant effect,which can reduce the degree of postoperative pain in children,reduce the total incidence of adverse reactions,and promote the rehabilitation of children,which is worthy of promotion and application.
