心理干预对产妇产程进展的影响

Effect of psychological intervention on the progress of maternal labor

目的探讨心理干预对产妇产程进展的影响。方法选取2020年1月至2022年1月滨州市中心医院收治的100例产妇作为研究对象,按照随机抽签法分为对照组(50例)和分析组(50例)。对照组采用常规干预,分析组在对照组基础上采用心理干预。比较两组产程进展、总满意度及负面情绪。结果分析组各产程均短于对照组(P<0.05)。分析组总满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,两组焦虑自评量表及抑郁自评量表评分均低于干预前,且分析组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对产妇实施常规干预的同时,配合心理干预手段,可缩短产程,改善负面情绪,提高满意度,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the effect of psychological intervention on the progress of maternal labor.Methods A total of 100 parturients admitted to Binzhou Central Hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected as the research objects and divided into the control group(50 cases)and the analys is group(50 cases)according to the random drawing method.The control group received routine intervention,and the analysis group received psychological intervention on the basis of the control group.Labor progress,total satisfaction and negative emotion were compared between the two groups.Results All the stages of labor in the analysis group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of the analysis group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of self-rating anxiety scale and self-rating depression scale in both groups were lower than those before intervention,and those of the analysis group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of routine intervention and psychological intervention for parturients can shorten the labor process and improve negative emotions and satisfaction,a nd is worthy of clinical promotion.
