盆底肌康复训练联合护理干预在产后盆底肌功能障碍中的应用效果

Application effect of pelvic floor muscle rehabilitation training combined with nursing intervention in postpartum pelvic floor muscle dysfunction

目的探讨盆底肌康复训练联合护理干预在产后盆底肌功能障碍中的应用效果。方法选取2022年1月至8月盐城市妇幼保健院收治的146例产后盆底肌功能障碍患者作为研究对象,按照单双数法分为对照组(73例)和观察组(73例)。对照组采用护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上联合盆底肌康复训练。比较两组康复效果及产后并发症发生情况。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组,观察组产后并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论产后盆底肌功能障碍应用盆底肌康复训练联合护理干预,可提升康复效果,减少并发症,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the application effect of pelvic floor muscle rehabilitation training combined with nursing intervention in postpartum pelvic floor muscle dysfunction.Methods A total of 146 patients with postpartum pelvic floor muscle dysfunction admitted to Yancheng Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January to August 2022 were selected as the research objects and divided into the control group(73 cases)and the observation group(73 cases)according to odd-even number method.The control group received nursing intervention,and the observation group received pelvic floor muscle rehabilitation training on the basis of the control group.The recovery effect and postpartum complications were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the total incidence of postpartum complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of pelvic floor muscle rehabilitation training combined with nursing intervention for postpartum pelvic floor muscle dysfunction can improve the rehabilitation effect and reduce complications,which is worthy of clinical application.
