临床护理路径在小儿腹泻护理中的应用效果

目的探讨临床护理路径在小儿腹泻护理中的应用效果。方法选取2021年8月至2022年8月济南市第二妇幼保健院收治的86例小儿腹泻患儿作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组,每组各43例。对照组采用常规护理,试验组采用临床护理路径。比较两组治疗时间、并发症发生情况及家属护理满意度。结果试验组止泻时间及住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组护理总满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在小儿腹泻护理中应用临床护理路径,可提升治疗效果、缩短治疗时间、促进患儿康复,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the application effect of clinical nursing pathway in pediatric diarrhea nursing.Methods A total of 86 children with pediatric diarrhea admitted to the Second Children&Women’s Healthcare of Jinan City from August 2021 to August 2022 were selected as the research objects,and divided into the control group and the experimental group according to the random number table method,with 43 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing and the experimental group received clinical nursing pathway.The treatment time,complications and nursing satisfaction of family members were compared between the two groups.Results The antidiarrheal time and hospitalization time of the experimental group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total complication rate of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of nursing in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of clinical nursing pathway in pediatric diarrhea nursing can improve the therapeutic effect,shorten the treatment time and promote the rehabilitation of children,which is worthy of clinical application.
