围手术期预见性护理对石膏固定治疗下肢骨折患儿骨折愈合时间的影响

Effect of perioperative predictive nursing on fracture healing time in children with lower extremity fracture treated with plaster fixation

目的探讨围手术期预见性护理对石膏固定治疗下肢骨折患儿骨折愈合时间的影响。方法选取2020年9月至2022年9月邹城市人民医院外科收治的78例下肢骨折患儿,按抽签法分为研究组和对照组,每组各39例。对照组采用常规护理,研究组采用围手术期预见性护理。比较两组骨折愈合时间及视觉模拟评分(VAS)。结果研究组骨折愈合时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,两组VAS评分均低于护理前,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论围手术期预见性护理在石膏固定治疗下肢骨折患儿中应用,可有效缓解疼痛,加快骨折愈合进度,有利于患儿康复,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of perioperative predictive nursing on fracture healing time in children with lower extremity fracture treated with plaster fixation.Methods A total of 78 children with lower extremity fracture admitted to the Department of Surgery of Zoucheng People’s Hospital from September 2020 to September 2022 were selected and divided into the study group and the control group by drawing lots method,with 39 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,the study group received perioperative predictive nursing.Fracture healing time and visual analogue scale(VAS)scores were compared between the two groups.Results The fracture healing time in the study group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,VAS scores of both groups were lower than those before nursing,and those in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Perioperative predictive nursing in plaster fixation treatment of lower extremity fracture children,can effectively relieve pain,accelerate the progress of fracture healing,is conducive to rehabilitation,worthy of clinical application.
