摘要
相变原理是化学化工、材料学、冶金工程等专业必修的课程内容之一。相变原理知识在材料的合成、材料的深度加工应用、材料的组织结构性能研究等方面基础性的理论指导作用,材料的科学研究和应用要取得成果必然实际地遵循了相变的规律。本文介绍了相变原理知识在纳米材料的制备过程中的应用,阐述了纳米材料的制备所依存的相变基础和遵循的相变规律,探讨了纳米材料的组织结构性能、材料的加工应用与材料本身特定的相结构、相平衡状态的相互关系。
Phase Transformetion Principle is one of the compulsory courses for Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Metallurgical Engineering and other majors. The knowledge of Phase Transformetion Principle plays a fundamental theoretical guiding role in the synthesis of materials, the deep processing and application of materials, and the research on the structure and properties of materials. To achieve results from the scientific research and application of materials, it must actually follow the law of phase change. The application of phase change principle knowledge in the preparation process of nanomaterials was introduced, the phase change basis and the phase change law that the preparation of nanomaterials and the relationship between the structure and properties of nanomaterials, the processing and application of materials, and the specific phase structure and phase equilibrium state of materials themselves were discussed.
