摘要
PBAT与纳米碳酸钙材料共混材料制作的快递包装袋,通过在PBAT中加入纳米碳酸钙,同时加入相容剂与分散剂,制作成快递包装袋后,用电子万能材料试验机、薄膜冲击试验机、差式扫描量热仪等设备研究了PBAT/纳米碳酸钙复合快递包装袋力学性能、熔融结晶性能。结果表明,在PBAT中加入纳米碳酸钙,同时加入相容剂与分散剂,制作成快递包装袋产品,不仅可进一步降低可生物降解薄膜用料的成本,且力学性能满足标准要求。
Express packaging bag was made by mixing PBAT and nano calcium carbonate material and adding nano calcium carbonate into PBAT, compatibilizer and dispersant at the same time, mechanical properties and melting crystallization properties of PBAT/nano calcium carbonate composite express packaging bags were studied by electronic universal material testing machine, film impact testing machine, differential scanning calorimeter and other equipment. The results showed that adding nano calcium carbonate, compatibilizer and dispersant into PBAT can further reduce the cost of materials for biodegradable film, and the mechanical properties meet the standard requirements.
